Keep all your administrative life in one place. The Home screen displays pending notifications and alerts from the General Point for Notifications, so you never miss an important update. View a customizable summary of your personal status, recent notifications, and scheduled appointments. Quick links to your most frequently accessed services and documents let you jump straight to what you need without digging through menus.

Stay on top of expiring credentials and appointments. The Calendar feature tracks critical deadlines—ID expirations, electronic certificates, passports, driving licenses, and vehicle inspections. It also lists upcoming appointments across administrations: police services for national identification documents, immigration offices, ministry registration centers, civil registries, and more. You'll always know when action is required.

Access your complete administrative record. My Data pulls your personal information from state, regional, and local sources in one view: birth certificates, social benefits (paternity, maternity, retirement, minimum living allowance), property records with directions, driving license points, vehicle details, MOT status, academic qualifications, criminal record status, family status, disability designation, residence history, employment records, and dependency assessment. When approved by the relevant authority, download any of these documents in PDF or QR format directly to your device wallet for offline use.

Manage your documents and files effortlessly. My Documents gives you direct access to all supporting materials generated from your personal data. Share documents via secure link or delete them at any time. My Files shows all open cases across public administrations, with current connections to most central government agencies, 11 autonomous communities, and numerous local entities.

Discover and register for public services. The Services section lets you submit registrations to the General Electronic Registry, review your powers of attorney, and search a catalog of public apps relevant to your needs. Customize your alert preferences—choose how far in advance (15 days, 1 month, etc.) you receive notifications for each tracked item via email or mobile phone.
